Social Media Content Creator

Reframe Therapy is seeking an innovative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team! We are a mental health therapy practice specializing in working with anxiety, perfectionism, and OCD (scrupulosity) . We are currently located in Provo but will be expanding to other locations. This position is currently approximately 80% remote and 20% in-office (with some weeks requiring more in-office time) . 10-15 hours/week. Responsibilities Create and manage content on two Instagram accounts Develop short-form video, graphics, and captions aligned with our brand Research content that is ethically aligned and relevant Collaborate with therapists to translate clinical topics into approachable content Monitor engagement and track performance metrics Stay current on trends while maintaining mental health best practices Qualifications Experience managing brand social media accounts Strong content creation and editing skills Understanding of mental health or wellness content (preferred) Organized, self-motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Why Join Us Purpose-driven work in mental health Flexible hours and work environment See current content at @reframetherapyutah and @rachelthorntonlcsw To apply, please attach a brief cover letter and resume.
