Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Social Media Content Manager who understands that social media is not about posting content—it's about generating measurable business results. This role is responsible for helping service-based businesses, law firms, construction companies, and B2B/B2C brands grow through high-performing organic content and paid social campaigns. You will own the strategy, creation, execution, and optimization of content systems designed to generate leads, improve conversions, and reduce acquisition costs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Plan and execute social media content strategies aligned to client business goals Create high-performing short-form video, static, and campaign content Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Track and improve performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, engagement, and conversions Test and iterate creative, audiences, and offers to improve results Work directly with clients to report performance and recommend optimizations Ensure content is consistently published and aligned with brand strategy
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Increased lead generation for client accounts (15-35%+ improvement over time) Lower cost per lead through continuous campaign optimization Consistent growth in engagement and audience quality Clear, transparent reporting that clients understand and trust Content and campaigns that directly contribute to revenue outcomes
WHO YOU ARE
You understand that content without performance is just noise You can manage both creative execution and paid media optimization You are comfortable making decisions based on data, not opinions You take full ownership of results—good or bad You thrive in fast-moving environments with multiple clients You communicate clearly and proactively with both teams and clients
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience managing social media content and/or paid campaigns Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager (or similar platforms) Ability to produce or direct short-form video content Experience working with service-based or lead generation businesses is a plus Portfolio showing both content and performance results Familiarity with customer relationship management tools
NICE TO HAVE
Experience across law firms, construction, or B2B service industries Agency experience managing multiple clients Strong copywriting or creative direction skills Funnel or conversion optimization experience

Pay:
