Social media manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Manager to help grow our brand's online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and local platforms like Yelp and Google Business. This is a hybrid role — mostly remote, with occasional on-site work in Southlake, TX to capture content and align with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and post 2-4 pieces of content per week on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Collaborate with team to brainstorm, film, and edit original content that aligns with our products and services Build and maintain a consistent visual and brand identity Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement Update and manage our Yelp and Google My Business profiles Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and suggest improvements

Who You Are:

You're highly creative and comfortable pitching and executing your own content ideas You have strong skills in video creation, editing (TikTok/Instagram Reels), and writing captions You're organized, self-motivated, and up to date on social trends Prior experience managing business accounts on social media Able to come on-site in Southlake, TX periodically (1-2 times/week)
