We have an array of clients that we enjoy working with. The kind of clients where content needs to stop the scroll, build a scene, and keep audiences coming back. We are looking for a Social Media Manager/ Content Creator who understands that elevated food photography, late-night energy, and community culture are what move the needle for our clients. If you specialize in elevated restaurant and night life content we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Post daily, high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for a portfolio of restaurant and nightlife client accounts.
Create and curate elevated content:
polished food and drink photography, moody venue videos, and on-brand written copy, that reflects the luxury-meets-culture aesthetic our clients expect.Manage community engagement:
responding to DMs and comments promptly, monitoring brand reputation, and building loyal audiences across all client platforms. Plan and schedule content using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, ensuring consistent posting cadences that align with each client's peak hours, including evenings and weekends for nightlife accounts. Conduct SEO keyword research and optimize content to improve organic discovery across platforms and search engines. Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback. Collaborate with our internal team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across every client touchpoint. Stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices. Requirements Proven experience managing social media for food, beverage, restaurant, or nightlife/hospitality brands. A strong portfolio of content is required. A sharp eye for elevated, editorial-quality visual content; you know the difference between a good photo and a great one. Open, flexible schedule; nightlife clients operate outside of 9-5, and so do we. Evening and weekend availability is expected. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing tools) for content creation and post-production. Hands-on experience with Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling and analytics platforms. Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals, and social listening tools.Excellent written communication skills:
clean copy, strong proofreading, and the ability to adapt tone to each brand voice. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
