Responsibilities Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand goals, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Design eye-catching visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance content appeal. Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase discoverability. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and refine strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce campaigns to maintain a cohesive online presence. Engage actively with followers by managing comments, messages, and relationship-building efforts to foster community loyalty. Stay current on digital marketing trends, video editing techniques, photography best practices, and social media advertising options like Facebook Ads. Qualifications Love for all things sports: could be just one particular sport or league, or could be a wide range of sports love Outgoing and willingness to talk about sports events, news, etc... Proven experience in social media management or content creation within a digital marketing environment. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and social listening platforms. Ability to produce high-quality visual content including photography and video editing for various formats. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and consistency across all content pieces. Experience in branding strategies, public relations activities, and relationship management on digital platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
