15 (hybrid work role; 15 hours per week on a set schedule) Position Summary The Technology & Digital Engagement Coordinator supports CORE Athletic Training's digital presence, communication channels, and community engagement efforts. The position combines content coordination, community engagement, digital analytics, and emerging technology enablement to strengthen CORE's brand visibility, streamline operations, and support program enrollment and growth. This role helps ensure CORE's programs, including camps, training sessions, and events, are effectively communicated through social media, email, and digital platforms. Job Responsibilities / Duties Technology & Platform Management Support the management and optimization of CORE's digital tools and platforms, including social media scheduling tools, email platforms, registration systems, and website management. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the user experience across CORE's digital ecosystem. Assist in maintaining documentation of tools, processes, and workflows (SOPs). AI & Innovation Support Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and digital solutions to enhance content creation, customer engagement and response time, marketing automation, campaign performance, data tracking and reporting. Pilot and recommend tools that improve productivity, scalability, and consistency of CORE's digital operations. Stay current on trends in AI, social media, and digital marketing relevant to youth sports and community-based programs. Social Media & Community Engagement Manage CORE's social media presence across platforms (primarily Instagram and other relevant channels). Schedule and post regular content including training sessions, camps, clinics, and program announcements. Capture and curate photo/video content during programs when needed. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across posts. Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments in a timely and professional manner. Engage with parents, athletes, and the broader youth sports community online. Support promotion of camps, clinics, and special programs. Campaign Coordination Assist with drafting and scheduling email communications to families and program participants. Maintain and organize contact lists. Support digital newsletters and program announcements. Content Organization Maintain organized digital assets including photos, videos, and graphics. Assist with developing a library of reusable content for marketing and promotions. Digital Metrics & Reporting Track and report on key engagement metrics, including post reach follower growth, engagement rates, and registration conversions. Provide weekly or monthly summaries with insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications & Experience Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, or community engagement. Excellent written communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines. Strong experience with Instagram and social media tools. Experience with Canva or similar design tools. Experience scheduling content (Later, Buffer, Meta tools, etc.). Experience with Squarespace or similar website management platforms Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics. Familiarity or interest in digital tools, platforms, and AI applications is highly preferred. Interest in youth sports, fitness, or athletic training.
