$30 - $35 /
Hour Work Schedule:
Hybrid, Tuesday & Thursday onsite

Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain web pages within Wagtail CMS, placing text, images, and documents accurately within established templates
  • Upload, tag, and organize digital assets within the DAM system, ensuring files are correctly categorized and accessible across the web team
  • Review completed pages for accuracy, formatting consistency, and quality before submitting for approval
  • Manage a daily queue of content requests and updates submitted by internal stakeholders, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with web team members and internal partners via Microsoft Teams to clarify requirements and communicate progress
  • Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all web content to ensure a cohesive and professional user experience
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a CMS (Wagtail experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured content guidelines
