Job Description
Role Summary:
As a/an Ed. Tech. Dev. Assistant at BJU Press, the ideal candidate will play a supporting role on the Platform Support team by publishing and maintaining content on BJU Press Educational Technology platforms. They can work well within a team and follow documented processes to complete assigned tasks. They have a strong understanding and ability to work with technology.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
: The Ed. Tech. Dev. Assistant will… Publish content received from production departments to educational technology platforms Complete assigned tasks by deadline given from management Review and maintain content on educational technology platforms including making necessary revisions to digital files, renaming and reorganizing contentSKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
: Good oral and written communication skills Ability to troubleshoot technology issues Ability to work in a team environment Detail-oriented Self-motivated to grow and learn An applicant for a position in the Bob Jones University group — Bob Jones University, Bob Jones Academy or BJU Press — must be a born-again Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
