Social Media Generalist (Part-Time, Growth to Full-Time) Part-time $18-$20/hr In-office About the role We're a growing company looking for a creative, organized Social Media Generalist to join our in-house content team. This is a part-time position with a clear path to full-time as we continue to grow. You'll work alongside our video producer and graphic designer to keep our content machine running across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. We need someone who can do a little of everything — schedule content, write great captions, create graphics, edit short-form video, and step in to support the team when needed. What you'll do Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Write platform-native captions and copy tailored to each audience Create graphics and visual assets for social (stories, cards, thumbnails) Edit short-form video for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts Help manage and maintain the content calendar Monitor comments and DMs and engage with our community Back up our video editor and graphic designer as needed Pull weekly performance reports and flag what's working What we're looking for 1-3 years of social media or content creation experience Comfortable designing graphics in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools Able to edit short-form video in CapCut, InShot, Premiere, or similar Strong copywriting skills — you know that LinkedIn and TikTok speak very differently Experience with a scheduling tool (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar) Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks at once A portfolio or examples of past social media work (required) Nice to have Experience with Adobe Premiere or After Effects Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or TikTok Analytics Photography or on-camera comfort for behind-the-scenes content What we offer $18-$20/hr based on experience Part-time hours to start, with a clear path to full-time In-office, collaborative team environment Hands-on experience across 5 active social platforms Room to grow as the company grows To apply, please submit your resume and a link to your portfolio or social media work samples.
