Senior Web Content Strategist

Senior Web Content Strategist We are seeking a Senior Web Content Strategist who brings a strong blend of content strategy and visual execution, with a focus on building polished, static web experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and visually structured digital content-without being purely UI/UX focused. This individual will play a key role in a large-scale web initiative, partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver high-quality, consistent website content and page designs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of web content strategy, ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment with business objectives
• Create and refine static page layouts and mockups in Figma, balancing content hierarchy with clean visual presentation
• Partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver well-thought-out solutions
• Ensure content is consistent, well-organized, and optimized for usability and readability
• Manage feedback across a large stakeholder group, incorporating input efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web content strategy, digital content, or related roles
• Strong background in content-driven web experiences (not focused solely on UI/UX product design)
• Proficiency in Figma for creating page layouts and mockups
• Experience working with CMS platforms (Contentful experience preferred or similar tools)
• Proven ability to work with a high volume of stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills and professional presence
• Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting website redesigns or CMS implementations
• Background working in B2B or technical environments
• Familiarity with structured content and content governance best practices
• This role requires a polished communicator who can confidently engage stakeholders at all levels and operate independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
