  • Only qualified Senior Manager, Digital Studio Production candidates located near Dallas, TX to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.
  • Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or relevant field.
Experience and Abilities:
  • 8+ years' experience in digital production, with 4+ leading producers or intake teams.
  • Trusted expert in digital production.
  • Fluent in digital tools and workflows, and able to operate effectively across digital, marketing, brand, and tech teams.
  • Experience delivering web and app-based content projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Workfront, SharePoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Communicate clearly across all levels.
  • Comfortable escalating for support as needed.
  • Well versed in controlling actuals vs.
plan.
Role:
Senior Manager, Digital Studio Production The senior manager, digital studio production, is responsible for executing digital content initiatives across web and app channels within an in-house creative studio. This role serves as the digital production subject matter expert, translating creative and business needs into structured, executable plans and high-quality outputs. Working closely with the director of digital, this role owns project-level production planning, estimating, and delivery, while supervising a team of digital producers (intake partners).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of digital producers (intake partners).
  • Coach team members on production rigor and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure consistency in how work is scoped, estimated, and routed into production.
  • Partner with director of digital on intake, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Uphold intake quality, ensure requests are digitally feasible, and translate requests into clear production plans, including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
  • Develop and ensure project budgets align with internal cost and efficiency expectations. Track actuals vs. estimates, identifying variances, and correcting.
  • Own and manage end-to-end workflows and deliveries across projects.
  • Assert proactive risk and priority management as needed to drive clarity across roles and execution forward.
  • Engage with digital, marketing, and tech teams to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables.
  • Ensure deliverables are complete and executed per creative intent, consulting creative team as needed.
  • Ensure outputs are optimized for digital channels.
  • Apply working knowledge of UX/UI principles to guide layout, interaction, and content behavior.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point and advisor for production challenges and risks.
  • Provide clear reporting on project status, risks, and performance.
