Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning. Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase organic reach and visibility. Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Support e-commerce initiatives by creating product photography, short videos, and promotional content that boost online sales. Maintain a consistent brand voice while proofreading all content for accuracy and quality before publishing. Experience Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles within an e-commerce environment. Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content for various platforms. Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and social media marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Familiarity with E-bay, Poshmark, Depop & Whatnot applications Excellent relationship management skills to engage with online communities effectively. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and content creation tasks.
