Love TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and being on camera? We're looking for an energetic, creative, and confident Content Creator to help represent our brands through social media, community events, interviews, lifestyle content, and promotional videos across the area. This is NOT a desk-only marketing job. You'll be out in the community creating content, attending events, filming videos, interviewing people, highlighting businesses, capturing moments, and helping create content that drives attention, engagement, brand awareness, and sales. If you naturally enjoy talking to people, creating videos, keeping up with trends, and influencing others through content, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Appear on camera for social media content, Reels, interviews, and promotional videos Create engaging lifestyle, community, and sales-driven content Help create content that promotes our communities, events, and available properties Film behind-the-scenes content and trending videos Help brainstorm content ideas focused on engagement and results Capture photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Interview community members, business owners, and event attendees Assist with real-time posting during events and campaigns Help build brand awareness through creative storytelling Create content designed to generate interest, leads, and appointments What We're Looking For Comfortable and confident speaking on camera Outgoing personality with strong communication skills Active on TikTok, Instagram, or social media platforms Creative mindset with good energy and presence on camera Comfortable talking to new people in public settings Someone who understands how to create content that captures attention and influences people Organized, reliable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Reliable transportation required Weekend/event availability preferred Huge Plus If You Have Experience With TikTok or Instagram content creation Hosting, interviews, or public speaking Sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles Canva, CapCut, or video editing apps Photography or videography UGC content or influencer-style videos Community engagement or brand ambassador work Important When applying, please include: Your TikTok and/or Instagram (if applicable) A short introduction video (30-60 seconds) telling us about yourself Examples of content you've created or appeared in We care more about personality, creativity, confidence, and energy than perfect experience.
