Content Capture Assistant

This position is ideal for someone interested in social media, content creation, and marketing who wants hands-on experience, and training from a highly experienced content creator and marketing professional in the Charlottesville area. Job Summary Katie Cox Consulting is looking for a reliable and motivated Content Assistant to help capture content for clients in the Charlottesville area. This is an hourly position with room to grow for the right person. You'll work directly with Katie Cox, multi-time Best of C'ville "Local Influencer" and be trained on how content is captured, organized, and delivered for clients.

Pay:

$15.00-$20.00 Per Hour (Based on Experience)

Content Capture Sessions, Per Week Typical Session Length:

Content Needs Location:

Charlottesville, Virginia ONLY Duties Attend and capture content at client sessions Follow content shot lists and direction provided Deliver organized raw photo/video content immediately after session Log and submit hours worked accurately and honestly Maintain clear communication regarding scheduling and availability Represent Katie Cox Consulting professionally during client interactions Arrive prepared and on time for all content sessions Must be willing to learn and apply feedback consistently Training 1-2 content sessions directly with Katie Cox for training and coaching Ongoing feedback and coaching will be provided Google Meet or Zoom sessions (based on need) Requirements Must be dependable, and highly reliable Live in Charlottesville, Virginia Own an iPhone 15 Pro Max or newer Personal transportation to travel to client locations Flexible availability during weekdays and occasional evening hours Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow direction effectively Must be receptive to coaching, feedback, and ongoing development Must be willing to sign a confidentiality and/or non-disclosure agreement related to client content and business information if requested Important Expectations Reliability is extremely important in this role. Content capture sessions are scheduled weeks in advance, and are based on the clients schedule. Missed appointments or arriving late to a session, directly affects business operations.
