Do:

Tell Meaningful Stories:

Identify, capture, and produce compelling video content (testimonies, ministry highlights, and documentary-style pieces).

Lead Live Production:

Oversee all aspects of Sunday live-stream worship, including filming, audio, lighting, and editing.

Build Community:

Lead in recruiting, training, and mentoring an already capable team of production volunteers, fostering a healthy and reliable team culture.

Manage Technology:

Maintain current high-quality production systems and stay current with filmmaking and digital trends.

Who You Are:

A committed follower of Jesus with a heart and vision aligning with Cool Spring Baptist Church. Experienced in video production, live streaming, and editing software (Final Cut Pro, ProPresenter, etc.). A creative visionary who understands pacing, tone, and emotional engagement in visual storytelling. An organized leader capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
