This role serves as the Foundation's primary content creator, managing social media, email communications, video production, graphic design, website updates, photography coordination, and publication development. This position plays a critical role in growing the Foundation's online presence and engaging both existing supporters and future generations of donors, volunteers, and advocates. Key Responsibilities Social Medial & Content Creation:
Managing day to day social media and content creation across multiple platforms. Creating short-form videos, reels, and visual storytelling content. Maintain editorial calendars and content schedules. Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement. Graphic Design & Publications Design digital and print materials including: Newsletters Annual reports Event materials Sponsorship packets Brochures Flyers Presentations Signage Advertisements Coordinate printing and vendor relationships. Ensure all materials align with brand standards. Website Management Update website content regularly. Publish stories, news articles, event information, and program updates. Optimize content for search engines and user engagement. Assist with website redesign and enhancement projects. Video & Photography Coordinate photography and videography for events and programs. Capture and edit video content for social media and marketing campaigns. Maintain photo and video asset libraries. Support production of fundraising and awareness videos. Email Marketing Develop and distribute email campaigns. Create newsletters and donor communications. Monitor email analytics and engagement. Maintain content and distribution schedules. Analytics & Performance Track social media performance. Monitor website traffic and engagement. Produce monthly reporting dashboards. Recommend improvements based on audience data and trends. Event Support Assist with promotion and marketing of Foundation events. Support event photography, videography, and communications. Assist with Lifesavers Gala, Chief Circle, graduation, and community events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in communications, social media, marketing, or content creation. Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Experience creating short-form video content. WordPress experience. Experience with email marketing platforms. Photography and video editing experience preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills.
Work Environment and Conditions:
Full-time, non-exempt position (40 hours week) Monday - Friday, with occasional ening and weekend work. In-office-role in Bellevue with occasional meetings and events offsite. Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic non-profit environment.
