Job Description:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
Primary lead for financial education, communications, and content management to ensure alignment across FCI, the family and the family system. Engage clients through content to foster development, high satisfaction with FCI, and responsible stewards of wealth now and for generations to come.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, and facilitate robust financial educational framework and curriculum for several age groups, spanning early childhood through early adulthood. Education format includes presentation materials, games, videos, and/or in-person events and workshops Lead communications strategy, including creating, writing, and editing content, and ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all materials Proactively develop and maintain content library and content calendars, including presentation materials, thought leadership articles, videos, podcasts, and other website materials Coordinate and centralize client communication across all FCI departments and in conjunction with other family entities where applicable Facilitate and coordinate implementation of website updates and ensure branding (look and feel) of content is consistent in everything we distribute Partner with client-facing colleagues to prepare, coordinate, and at times, deliver content to clients across investments, financial planning, charitable, trust and estate, and tax Review content to leverage existing library and materials and refine it to incorporate into broader strategy Develop engagement strategies based on generational needs and differences to ensure FCI is always primary advisor they want to work with Develop feedback mechanism to continue to ensure content is relevant and resonating with clients
QUALIFICATIONS
: 7-15+ years of communications, investor relations, or education in a Family Office or Multi-Family Office / private wealth / wealth management setting preferred Demonstrated strong writing and editorial judgment with discretion & confidentiality Experience developing, creating, and facilitating educational or training curriculum Experience with Executive-level materials and multi-stakeholder communication Proven success in designing and executing comprehensive communications strategies and marketing plans that align with organizational goals Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across departments, fostering alignment and integrated communication efforts Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing Proficiency with digital media, social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools to enhance the digital presence and audience engagement
