- Full-time Position Summary The Brand & E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company's digital presence, ecommerce operations, and brand experience across all customer-facing channels.
This role owns website management, ecommerce execution, product launch marketing, content creation, social media strategy, email marketing, community engagement, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a creative, results-driven marketing professional with experience in Shopify, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and ecommerce growth. They possess a strong understanding of premium consumer brands, direct-to-consumer marketing, product storytelling, and customer engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management Maintain and enforce brand standards across all customer-facing channels. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience. Support the company's creative vision through effective execution of marketing initiatives. Review and approve customer-facing marketing materials and content. E-Commerce & Website Management Manage and maintain the ecommerce website through Shopify. Build, update, and optimize product pages, collections, pricing, promotions, imagery, and website content. Ensure website accuracy, functionality, and alignment with brand standards. Monitor user experience, site performance, and conversion opportunities. Implement SEO best practices and support conversion rate optimization initiatives. Coordinate with developers, vendors, or internal teams to resolve technical issues. Track website analytics and provide recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and sales. Product Launch & Marketing Campaigns Develop and manage launch calendars, campaign plans, and promotional schedules. Create compelling product storytelling, launch messaging, and marketing assets. Execute product launches, seasonal promotions, and special marketing initiatives. Coordinate launch readiness across ecommerce, email, social media, and marketing channels. Social Media & Community Engagement Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that supports brand and business objectives. Manage community engagement by responding to customer comments, messages, and inquiries. Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Coordinate influencer, creator, and affiliate partnerships. Grow audience engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition through organic and paid initiatives. Email Marketing Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, customer retention, and brand communications. Manage email marketing programs through Klaviyo. Create compelling email content, graphics, and calls-to-action. Build audience segments and manage subscriber lists. Develop and optimize automated email flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart campaigns, and retention programs. Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance. Analyze campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue attribution. Content Creation & Creative Production Create high-quality visual and written content for website, email, social media, and advertising campaigns. Write compelling marketing copy and product descriptions. Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite. Coordinate and/or produce product photography, lifestyle photography, and video content. Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and marketing objectives. Manage content calendars and marketing production schedules. Analytics & Performance Reporting Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across ecommerce, email, social media, and digital marketing channels. Prepare regular performance reports and ROI analysis. Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and online sales. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and business performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered. 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, brand management, or consumer products marketing. Advanced Shopify experience, including website management and merchandising. Experience with Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms. Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across website, email, and social media channels. Strong understanding of SEO, ecommerce best practices, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with consumer products, lifestyle, outdoor, sporting goods, collectibles, or direct-to-consumer brands. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and digital advertising platforms. Experience managing influencer, affiliate, or creator partnerships. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website troubleshooting. Experience planning and executing successful product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns. Product photography and videography experience.
