Job Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our growing operations in Avondale, Pennsylvania. In this hands-on position, you will contribute to the efficient management of e-commerce marketplaces, logistics, systems, and customer service, all while driving process improvements and organizational success. Responsibilities:
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central tasks, including product listings, SKU updates, and resolving any account-related issues.
  • Monitor account health and address support cases or tickets promptly.
  • Maintain accurate product data, inventory records, and backend organization to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate shipping workflows and assist with fulfillment operations to meet customer demands.
  • Process and manage customer returns with accuracy and a high standard of service.
  • Track inventory and organize physical product storage to streamline logistics.
  • Set up new employees with laptops, accounts, and other basic technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues and liaise with external IT resources for resolutions.
  • Deliver timely and attentive customer support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist leadership with operational tasks, tracking projects, and identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and processes.
