Job description Performance Marketing Manager Remote (US or Europe) | Full-time | $50-75k base + commission ($90-110k OTE) About Us Thyroid Specific Formulations is a clinician-founded supplement company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a remote-first team. Founded by Dr. Alan Christianson, a naturopathic endocrinologist and New York Times bestselling author, TSF develops evidence-based formulations specifically for thyroid health, sold direct-to-consumer and through licensed practitioners. The company combines clinical rigor with modern direct-response marketing, and is entering an aggressive growth phase. The Role We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition end-to-end. This is a builder role, not a maintainer role. You'll architect and scale our paid traffic across Meta, Google, and emerging channels, build the funnels behind them, and work directly with the founder on growth strategy. What You'll Own Paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and new channel testing Landing page and funnel development in partnership with our content team Klaviyo lifecycle marketing and email/SMS revenue optimization Shopify conversion rate optimization Attribution, reporting, and the analytics that drive decisions Budget ownership with full P&L visibility Who We're Looking For 3+ years running paid acquisition for a DTC brand (supplements, beauty, or health a strong plus) Demonstrated experience scaling a brand profitably (you can speak to specific accounts, spend levels, and ROAS) Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify Comfortable with funnel math, LTV/CAC modeling, and cohort analysis Self-directed, builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity Compensation $50-75k base salary Performance-based commission tied to profitable revenue growth Realistic OTE of $90-170k in year one with significant upside as the channel scales Remote-first, with flexibility on hours given international team Why This Role The product margins are strong, the audience is real, and the ceiling is high. We've kept paid traffic deliberately small because we wanted the right person to build it from the ground up rather than inherit someone else's structure. If you've been doing this at an agency or a larger brand and want the ownership and upside that comes with being the person who built it, this is that role.
