Live Streaming Assistant (E-commerce / Whatnot)

Job Description We are looking for a dependable and energetic Live Streaming Assistant to support our live selling sessions on platforms like Whatnot. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working on camera, and is interested in e-commerce or live streaming. You will work closely with the host to ensure smooth, engaging, and well-organized live streams that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Assist the host during live streams by organizing and handing over products Prepare products and equipment before each live session Manage product flow during live shows (restocking, organizing, switching items) Monitor live chat and highlight important customer questions or requests Support live giveaways and audience engagement activities Help track sold items and ensure order accuracy Assist with basic equipment adjustments (lighting, camera, audio) Maintain a high-energy and organized environment during live sessions Support post-live cleanup and inventory organization Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live environment Good communication skills Basic English required (bilingual in Mandarin is a plus) Detail-oriented and reliable Preferred Qualifications Experience with live streaming (Whatnot, TikTok, etc.) Interest in golf or sports products Sales-oriented mindset or customer service experience This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Live Streaming Host or Operations role for high-performing individuals.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
