Compensation:
$18•24 per hour (based on experience) About the Role Stash Proof is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to support our growing Shopify, Amazon, and fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both e-commerce operations and warehouse logistics. The ideal candidate has experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, and holds a current forklift certification. This position will work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient fulfillment, and smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, and inventory management. We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys learning new systems, solving problems, and taking on increasing responsibility as the company grows. Candidates with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn Amazon FBA, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage and fulfill e-commerce orders through Shopify and other sales channels Prepare and process Amazon FBA shipments Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform cycle counts Create shipping labels and fulfillment documentation Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting Organize warehouse storage and pallet locations Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities Use spreadsheets and software systems to track inventory and operations Required Qualifications Current forklift certification (required) Minimum 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience Strong computer skills Experience using Excel or Google Sheets Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Shopify experience Amazon Seller Central or Amazon FBA experience Adobe Creative Suite ( A Plus, but not required) Inventory management software experience Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or distribution environments What We're Looking For We're not looking for a traditional warehouse associate. We're looking for someone who can move seamlessly between the warehouse floor and the computer, helping manage inventory, fulfillment, and e-commerce operations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. High performers will have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities in inventory management, marketplace operations, purchasing, and e-commerce growth as the company expands.
