Your primary focus will be executing strategies to scale online sales through the official website, with a strong emphasis on bilingual communication (English & Mandarin Chinese) to ensure seamless collaboration with our China-based team. You will assist in site merchandising, email marketing execution, new product launch coordination, and cross-functional alignment. You will act as a key bridge between the U.S. and China e-commerce teams to drive operational efficiency and cultural alignment. Key Responsibilities 1. Go-to-Market Strategy Execution Support the development and implementation of strategies to accelerate online sales growth, focusing on the tiered scaling model and 90-day execution roadmap. Execute website-focused initiatives to boost traffic, conversion, and revenue on VitaminWorld.com. 2. Email Marketing & Customer Retention Execute email marketing campaigns and automation flows (e.g., abandoned cart, post-purchase, welcome series). Assist in audience segmentation to optimize retention and enhance customer lifetime value, directly contributing to website revenue growth. 3. New Product Launch Coordination Support e-commerce product launches by ensuring catalog integrity, maintaining ad feed quality, and optimizing product listings for conversion. Collaborate with the China team to align product information, imagery, and go-to-market timing. 4. SOP Documentation & Digital Playbook Support Assist in documenting successful strategies, workflows, and processes to build the Digital Playbook. Ensure SOPs are maintained in both English and Mandarin to support cross-border team training and standardized execution. 5. Data-Driven Channel Optimization Support optimizations across core e-commerce channels, specifically VitaminWorld.com, using performance data and insights. Conduct regular audits to identify high-ROAS opportunities and report findings to the Lead. 6. Cross-Functional & Cross-Border Collaboration Act as the primary bilingual liaison between the U.S. e-commerce team and the China team (led by Doris). Facilitate clear, timely communication on project updates, action items, and strategic alignment. Translate key documents, meeting notes, and campaign briefs between English and Mandarin as needed. Requirements Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (中文流利) — written and spoken — is required . Must be able to conduct business communications, translate documents, and participate in meetings in both languages. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience , with direct involvement in website operations, merchandising, or digital marketing. Proven experience with Shopify platform operations , including product catalog management, theme customization, app integrations, and checkout optimization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to document processes and maintain SOPs. Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps between U.S. and China teams. Understanding of digital growth frameworks (e.g., tiered scaling, retention-focused initiatives) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
