About the role:

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven E-Commerce Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and drive efficiency in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on optimizing processes, motivating teams, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Full oversight of daily warehouse and fulfillment operations in a high-volume e-commerce setting Leadership, development, and accountability of warehouse associates, including performance management and coaching Execution and continuous improvement of KPIs (throughput, order accuracy, SLA adherence, labor efficiency) Real-time monitoring of order flow to ensure consistent on-time shipping performance Cross-functional collaboration with operations, customer experience, and inventory teams to resolve issues and improve workflows Identification and implementation of process improvements, layout optimization, and scalable systems Enforcement and elevation of safety standards, operational discipline, and best practices Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience , with a strong preference for e-commerce or high-SKU environments Proven track record of driving KPIs, improving productivity, and leading teams in fast-paced operations Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions and improve performance Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams Experience with WMS platforms and operational reporting tools is a strong plus Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and peak demand cycles Flexibility to support extended hours, weekends, and peak seasons as needed
