This role is responsible for assisting with order processing, inventory coordination, customer support activities, and maintaining accurate records across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Process and monitor online customer orders Support day-to-day e-commerce operations Coordinate inventory updates and product availability Assist with order tracking and issue resolution Respond to customer inquiries and support requests Maintain accurate records and operational reports Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Identify and escalate operational issues as needed Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of e-commerce operations experience Experience supporting online retail platforms and order management processes Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience using spreadsheets and reporting tools Proficiency with computer systems and e-commerce platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a retail or consumer products environment Familiarity with inventory management processes Experience supporting customer service functions related to online orders Benefits Competitive hourly pay Full-time schedule Opportunity for long-term employment based on performance and business needs Professional work environment Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Location City of Commerce, CA 90040 If you have experience supporting e-commerce operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
