The Opportunity :
We're looking for a driven E-Commerce Account Manager who thrives in an environment where impact is visible, responsibility is real, and growth comes from results. In this role, you won't be one of many layers of a corporate machine — you'll be hands-on, managing our Amazon and marketplace channels directly, and seeing your strategies make a measurable difference.
What You'll Do:
Drive Sales Growth:
Manage and achieve sales targets across e-commerce platforms.
Manage Ad Campaigns:
Create, optimize, and analyze CPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
Optimize Listings:
Maintain and improve product listings and storefronts; resolve platform issues proactively.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner with marketing, logistics, and operations to keep content, inventory, and campaigns aligned.
Analyze & Report:
Track performance data, analyze key metrics, and use insights to improve future strategies.
Be Hands-On:
Roll up your sleeves to solve daily challenges — from listings to campaign tweaks — while keeping a positive, proactive approach.
What We're Looking For:
Proven e-commerce experience, with proven results in account management. Hands-on CPC/PPC campaign management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action. Someone who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where flexibility, problem-solving, and initiative are valued.
