What you will be doing The eCommerce Operations Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, operational performance, and execution consistency across eCommerce departments within an assigned group of stores. This role is accountable for delivering P&L results, achieving key operational metrics (MTM), and strengthening team capability while ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Partnering closely with Store Directors (SDs) and District Managers (DMs), the eCommerce Operations Manager identifies opportunities, closes execution gaps, and ensures alignment to company standards, programs, and priorities. This role plays a critical part in scaling eCommerce operations as the business continues to grow and evolve. This role reports to the Director of e-Commerce. Main Responsibilities Sales, P&L & Performance Accountable for driving sales growth and delivering profitability across eCommerce operations in assigned stores. Monitors and improves key eCommerce performance metrics (MTM), including fill rate, order accuracy, on-time readiness, and customer satisfaction scores. Identifies trends, gaps, and opportunities using performance data and translates insights into clear action plans. Partners with store leadership to ensure labor is aligned to demand and productivity expectations are met. Operational Execution & Standards Ensures consistent execution of company policies, SOPs, and eCommerce programs across all locations. Conducts store visits to assess conditions, evaluate execution, and address opportunities in real time. Drives accountability for maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked eCommerce operations. Partners with SDs and DMs to reinforce expectations and improve consistency in execution of SOPs and business directives across stores. Training, Coaching & Development Provides ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to eCommerce associates and leaders. Supports onboarding and skill development to improve team effectiveness and productivity. Reinforces best practices that elevate the customer experience and operational efficiency. Change Management & Program Implementation Leads communication and training for new systems, processes, and business initiatives. Leads or supports pilot programs and new technology rollouts, ensuring strong adoption and execution. Provides feedback on pilots and initiatives to support continuous improvement and scalability. Third-Party & Revenue Channel Execution Oversees execution and performance of third-party delivery platforms and revenue channels. Ensures alignment to company standards while maximizing sales opportunities and service levels. Field Presence & Communication Maintains consistent presence in stores, providing recaps, insights, and clear action plans. Communicates performance trends, wins, and opportunities to field and division leadership. Builds strong partnerships across Operations, Merchandising, and Division teams. Scope of Role Supports eCommerce operations across an assigned group of stores within the division Partners closely with Store Directors and District Managers Works cross-functionally with Operations, Merchandising, and Division leadership Focused on execution, performance improvement, and team capability in the field What we are searching for Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into clear, actionable plans. Proven ability to drive sales results while improving operational execution and customer experience. Strong coaching and influencing skills; able to lead without direct authority. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities. Effective communicator with the ability to provide clear direction and feedback. Highly organized with strong planning and follow-through. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations. Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Financial acumen with an understanding of sales, labor, and productivity drivers. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a seamless experience. Proficient with retail systems and analytical tools; comfortable learning and adopting new technology. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality. Job Requirements Mid-level leadership role with responsibility for multi-store performance and execution. Minimum 2-5 years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Store Director or equivalent salaried role preferred). Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned area. Strong understanding of retail operations and eCommerce fulfillment processes preferred. Full‑time role with an in-office and in-field expectation of five days per week. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.
