As we continue expanding into the Vietnamese market, we are seeking a talented marketing professional to help drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and e-commerce performance across multiple digital channels. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist (Vietnamese Speaking) to help grow our brands and media platforms within the Vietnamese market. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing, social media growth, paid advertising, e-commerce, and customer acquisition. This role will work closely with leadership to execute marketing campaigns, build brand awareness, drive online sales, and support long-term business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives Analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI Social Media & Content Growth Help grow our presence on: TikTok Facebook YouTube Instagram Other emerging platforms Develop strategies to increase engagement, followers, and conversions Collaborate with content creators and livestream initiatives Identify trends and growth opportunities within the Vietnamese market E-Commerce & Marketplace Management Support Amazon marketplace growth initiatives Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns Monitor marketplace performance and sales metrics Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience Brand Development Help strengthen brand positioning and awareness Support product marketing and launch strategies Assist with influencer, affiliate, and partnership initiatives Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions Skills & Experience Experience with digital marketing and social media management Experience running paid advertising campaigns Familiarity with Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads Understanding of customer acquisition and conversion strategies Experience with e-commerce and online marketplaces Experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Vietnamese fluency required English proficiency preferred Bonus Qualifications Experience with any of the following is a plus: Amazon PPC TikTok Shop Influencer marketing Affiliate marketing Email marketing Marketing automation Shopify Video content marketing Health, wellness, beauty, or supplement industry experience
