We believe in open communication, shared responsibility, and giving each team member the opportunity to make a real impact as we grow. cloudcafe.co instagram.com/cloudcafe_official Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain a personal project management system (e.g., Asana or similar) to track daily, weekly, and long-term tasks and objectives. Create and regularly update a client database, including ongoing projects, to ensure no opportunities, submissions, deadlines, or sales are missed. Manage retailer account administration, including vendor set-ups, new item submissions, line sheets, and maintaining accurate customer records. Support retail and wholesale partners by coordinating tasks such as preparing and sending marketing decks, updating price sheets, shipping samples to buyers, and submitting materials to retailers (e.g., Target, Ulta, Walgreens, Walmart, TJ Maxx, and others). Support a fast-paced, customer-driven environment by managing ad hoc requests such as preparing and sending marketing decks, updating price sheets, shipping samples to buyers, and submitting materials to retailers. Respond quickly to time-sensitive opportunities brought by the CEO and ensure timely execution. Take detailed meeting minutes, develop clear objectives and call-to-action (CTA) lists, and follow through to ensure all CTAs are completed. Manage customer communications by ensuring all emails are answered within one business day (same-day response for morning emails). Build strong client relationships by transitioning into the primary point of contact for customers over time, previously managed directly by the CEO. Identify and engage new retail partners to expand our distribution footprint and secure product placement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill client requests (e.g., mocks, artwork, creative assets) and ensure assignments are completed on time. Thrive in a dynamic, early-stage company environment by being proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented. While formal operating manuals are still being developed, management and team members provide strong guidance and support. Responsible for managing inventory using a software platform to track quantities, ensure stock accuracy, and optimize inventory levels. Must have 3 or more years of experience managing national retail accounts such as Target, Walmart, CVS, Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Acosta, Crossmark, Kroger, etc. About You Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities with ease. A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently without close supervision. Adaptable and energized by the pace of a growing company, where responsibilities may shift quickly. Detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-through and delivering high-quality work. Collaborative and eager to partner with cross-functional teams to get things done. Excited by the opportunity to grow with the company and take on increasing ownership over time. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint). Bring a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with a CPG brand. Bring a minimum of 1-3 years of B2B experience collaborating with major retailers (e.g., Urban Outfitters, Target, Ulta, CVS, Walmart, TJX, etc.). Have reliable transportation to and from our
