Full Job Description About Us:

For over 10 years, 4into1 has been a trusted source for motorcycle parts, helping keep vintage bikes on the road. We specialize in parts for classic Japanese motorcycles dating back to the 1960s and continue to expand our catalog across additional makes and model years. Our products are sold through our website, eBay, and Amazon. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our growing company.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate has a passion for motorcycles or automobiles and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with customers, and contributing to a small but growing team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email (order status, modifications, tracking, and general support) Process returns and exchanges accurately Create and manage product listings across our website, eBay, and Amazon as needed Assist with order fulfillment and shipping as needed

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent typing and computer proficiency Familiarity with Windows PCs and Microsoft Excel Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (or willingness to learn simple photo editing) Interest in or experience with motorcycles and/or automotive products strongly preferred but not required High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00

PM Compensation & Benefits:
