Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $34.00 to $38.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

Enhance and maintain corporate and commercial websites by coordinating updates improvements and ongoing content management. Gather requirements from internal teams propose site concepts features and workflows and support renewal initiatives. Update product and content information across business to consumer and business to business platforms while ensuring accuracy. Partner with system vendors support project leaders and resolve site issues quickly and effectively. Monitor item data and imagery conduct reviews and support accessibility improvements in line with usability standards.

Requirements:

Hold a bachelor degree in a related field. 3+ years of experience working in electronic commerce or digital site operations. Demonstrate familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines for inclusive web design. Use Microsoft Office confidently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Communicate clearly collaborate with internal teams and manage vendor relationships professionally.

Qualifications:

Support business to consumer and business to business site maintenance including product updates item registration and error resolution. Apply strong attention to detail to ensure content accuracy consistent presentation and reliable site performance. Bring experience with digital catalog management and content systems with exposure to modern platforms considered beneficial. Demonstrate basic knowledge of digital tools such as image editing search optimization and web markup viewed as a plus.
