The E-commerce Account Manager is responsible for driving rapid revenue growth via a multitude of B2B sales channels and marketplaces, with a heavy focus on Wayfair, Amazon, Ashley, Overstock, Home Depot, Lowes, & many more.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Improve and increase our E-commerce sales, maintain outstanding ratings and ranking on all marketplaces, and provide our best customer service. Maintain, optimize, and improve our listings on the various marketplaces (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking and sales.
Inventory planning:
compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand. Take command of aging inventory by finding the reasons for slowing demand and passing the solution to the team for corrections. Communicate effectively both internally and externally to meet customer needs and expectations. Proactively research online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and delivery of our content, while continuously looking at ways to improve our brand position. Identify new digital trends and applications that can increase brand awareness and sales. Build, maintain, and evolve strong relationships with our marketplace partners and service providers. Grow existing and new partner channels through continuous analysis of account performance and health and identify areas to maximize opportunities for revenue growth. Order entry and ensuring order fulfillment promptly. Upload inventory and pre-sell incoming out-of-stock items.
Requirements:
A college degree in a related field is preferred 4 years experience in B2B E-commerce Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are a must when dealing with internal team members as well as customers and clients Expert skills in
Microsoft Suite:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Interest and knowledge in furniture or interior design is a plus
