Sample Coordinator

A growing lifestyle and apparel brand is seeking a highly organized Sample Coordinator to support the Product Development, Design, and Sales teams during a busy seasonal period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, enjoys keeping processes organized, and can manage multiple moving pieces across departments. What You'll Do ‍ Coordinate incoming and outgoing samples across Product Development, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams Organize and ship samples for sales meetings, trade shows, photoshoots, and sales reps Track seasonal samples, maintain shipping logs, and monitor vendor WIP updates and ETAs Manage sample databases within PLM and Excel Maintain showroom organization, seasonal racks, design closets, and sample libraries Review and prep samples prior to internal reviews and external shipments Coordinate sample requests for marketing, photography, and major retail partners Support daily operational tasks including filing, shipping, receiving packages, and maintaining fabric/trim libraries Attend cross-functional calendar meetings to stay aligned on key seasonal deadlines and deliverables

What We're Looking For:

‍ Previous sample coordination or fashion production support experience preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word PLM or Centric experience is a plus Fashion or apparel industry experience strongly preferred Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed ‍ Please submit your resume for consideration!
