The Opportunity We're looking for an entrepreneurial operator who thrives on ownership, turns ideas into action, and believes commerce can be a force for growth, connection, and positive impact. At Onzie, we call this Sacred Commerce-the belief that business can be both profitable and purposeful while serving people, community, and planet. You'll independently own the digital storefront, customer journey, growth initiatives, and ecommerce performance while helping shape the next chapter of the brand. Core Responsibilities
  • Own Shopify storefront, merchandising, product launches, and customer experience
  • Lead retention strategy across Klaviyo, email, SMS, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Monitor and report on ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with paid media agencies and growth partners
  • Identify and build new growth opportunities including partnerships, affiliate, influencer, wholesale, and emerging commerce channels
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, apps, and ecommerce technology stack
  • Continuously improve UX, conversion, and customer journey The Right Person You are equal parts builder, operator, and strategist.
You love Shopify and Klaviyo dashboards but understand that exceptional ecommerce is about creating experiences customers return to. You are comfortable analyzing data, improving customer journeys, optimizing conversion, and executing on the backend. You know how to balance analytics, creativity, merchandising, and brand storytelling to drive growth. Ideally, your passionate about wellness industry. You value movement, and maybe even have a connection to yoga, hot yoga, wellness culture, mindful movement, or somatic practices. This is highly valued. Qualifications
  • 4+ years of ecommerce experience
  • Strong Shopify expertise - experience with Klaviyo, SMS marketing, and retention programs
  • Understanding of performance marketing and ecommerce KPIs
  • Strong merchandising, customer experience, and conversion optimization skills
  • Experience in apparel, activewear, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is ideal but not required
