OVERVIEW

We're a family-owned wholesale electrical supplier in West Los Angeles looking for a hands-on and results-driven lead who can optimize our supply chain, logistics, and warehouse functions with a strong focus on E-Commerce. This role offers an opportunity to oversee end-to-end operations, implement process improvements, and drive efficiency—collaborating with internal teams and external partners to keep everything running accurately and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Oversee warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to ensure accurate inventory control, and shipping & receiving processes. Lead and coordinate aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Monitor profit & loss statements regularly to control costs, improve margins, and support budgeting processes. Inventory Management Clean and maintain inventory data (part numbers, item details, SKU mapping across vendors) Resolve discrepancies and improve data accuracy Support warehouse organization including bins and inventory counts Amazon Operations Manage Amazon listings, pricing, and profitability Process and fulfill orders (pick, pack, ship) Audit sales orders, invoices, and payments Handle returns and refunds System Integration (Amazon-NetSuite) Coordinate with integration partners to ensure smooth order flow Maintain clean, accurate, and auditable records Website/SuiteCommerce Maintain accurate product listings and site functionality Coordinate with developers on improvements and fixes Monitor and process website orders Process Documentation Document workflows and help standardize operations Build scalable processes for onboarding and daily execution

SKILLS:

Experience with NetSuite, or any other ERP and WMS Experience in e-commerce operations (SuiteCommerce and/or Amazon Seller Central preferred) Experience in warehouse operations Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Self-driven, organized, and comfortable taking initiative Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external partners Excellent leadership skills with proven supervising experience in fast-paced environments; capable of motivating teams towards operational excellence.

Pay:

$52,000.00
