Office Assistant

Hello, FSP is a print shop looking for a multi-tasking assistant with excellent communication skills, customer service skills and an upbeat attitude to support our awesome team. We will train in most areas listed in responsibilities but experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Handle office tasks, such as but not limited to, e-filing, monitoring and responding to e-mails, office maintenance and organizing Customer outreach follow up and status updates Assist in sales and customer engagement through high-deliverability email using social media, and other tools Attend Chamber meetings and actively engage with a local community to build relationships and share information about our business Social Media outreach and engagement Communicate with suppliers to create product mockups Greet and assist customers as needed Maintain polite and professional communication Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure daily goals are met Assist with administrative duties as needed Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Common sense Knowledgeable in Google sheets, docs, gmail and other Google apps. High School Diploma or GED Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others Desired but not required skills: Knowledge in Canva Experience video editing and vector artwork Experience with Adobe software such as Illustrator Experience with Constant Contact Experience with
