Ecommerce Coordinator Roseville, CA | Full-Time | In Person Our business is growing and we need you. We are an established manufacturing company in the automotive industry and an online parts retailer looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Coordinator. In this role, you will help maintain and improve our ecommerce website, support online merchandising and product content, and manage day-to-day catalog updates across the site and marketplace channels. This position blends website maintenance, product data management, merchandising support, and launch execution in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary The Ecommerce Coordinator plays an important role in supporting our online sales operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, comfortable working with product data and website content, and able to manage recurring daily tasks with consistency. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable collaborating across teams to keep the site accurate, usable, and conversion-ready. Hourly pay rate, plus an opportunity for bonus based on Listing completion accuracy Key Responsibilities Build, update, and optimize product pages, including images, descriptions, specs, pricing, fitment data, and other website content. Ensure product pages and product data are accurate, complete, organized, and aligned with inventory, branding, and promotions. Support website merchandising, category updates, featured products, seasonal promotions, and new product launches. Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Maintain and organize a large product catalog, including variants, categories, filters, navigation, uploads, updates, and discontinuations. Execute on-site SEO improvements across product and category pages, including page structure, metadata, and keyword usage. Work closely with internal teams and marketing to align site content with ads, email, promotions, and ecommerce priorities. Monitor ecommerce activity and site performance, and identify or resolve issues that impact conversion, usability, accuracy, layout, page speed, or process efficiency. Manage product data across website, Amazon, and eBay channels, ensuring consistency in branding, content, imagery, and accuracy. Maintain organized records and documentation related to website updates and ecommerce operations. Assist with order-related issues as needed and support marketplace listing activity when required. Qualifications Proven experience managing a full ecommerce website with a large catalog (1,000+ SKUs) is required. Hands-on experience with Miva is strongly preferred; experience with comparable ecommerce platforms at scale is also valued. Experience updating and managing products on ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Miva, or similar systems. Strong working knowledge of
HTML/CSS
for page builds, edits, and troubleshooting Experience building and optimizing landing pages for conversion. Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page structure, metadata, and keyword usage. Experience organizing product catalogs and managing the product lifecycle, including uploads, updates, discontinuations, variants, categories, filters, and navigation. Comfortable working with bulk data in Excel or Google Sheets, including imports, exports, and data cleanup. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities. Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow established processes. Experience managing product listings on Amazon Seller Central and/or eBay. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in automotive / aftermarket parts ecommerce or a similar product-based industry. Familiarity with online retail operations, order flow, and ecommerce best practices. Experience with Miva specifically. Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Experience working with paid traffic landing pages and alignment with Meta / Google Ads.
