Ecommerce Sales Specialist

We are looking for a friendly Ecommerce Sales Specialist! This Ecommerce Sales Specialist will optimize our online business. Duties will range from data validation, managing large product files, report analysis, and more.

Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Daily operation of Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.

Data Administration:

Management of large product template files and bulk data uploads.

Sales Analysis:

Reviewing sales metrics to identify performance trends and catalog gaps.

Catalog Development:

Recommending new product opportunities based on market data.

Marketing Support:

Applying digital marketing knowledge to improve listing visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of office, order processing, or ecommerce customer service experience required
• Bilingual English and Chinese or Spanish preferred
• Degree in business or related field a plus
• Amazon Seller Central and other retailer ecommerce platform experience highly preferred
