Last year we spent over $40M across paid media scaling our own products. We're not an agency. We're operators - supply chain, creative, custom funnels, media buying, analytics, and customer service all happen under one roof. About the Role We're looking for a growth-driven Affiliate Manager to build and scale affiliate partnerships across our portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. This is a business development role at its core: you'll find new partners, grow existing relationships, and drive revenue through the affiliate channel. You'll own the full partner lifecycle, from outreach and negotiation to performance optimization, while working closely with internal teams to spot new opportunities and scale what's working. The ideal candidate is part dealmaker, part analyst, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. What You'll Do Grow Partnerships & Drive New Business Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across search, native, email, social, content, review, and display traffic Build long-term relationships that grow traffic, revenue, and partnership value Prospect publishers, media buyers, and review sites through proactive outreach Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events Negotiate payouts, tests, and scaling deals Optimize Performance & Profitability Track affiliate performance, traffic quality, and margins across offers and verticals Analyze key metrics (EPCs, CVRs, margins, breakevens) to find growth and optimization opportunities Recommend payout and offer adjustments to scale profitably Identify new offers, funnels, and verticals based on partner demand and market gaps Manage Operations & Tracking Set up and manage offers, tracking links, and postbacks in Everflow Run QA and launch readiness for new offers and funnels Maintain breakevens, margins, and payout structures Monitor fraud, compliance, and traffic quality, and troubleshoot tracking issues Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with media buying, creative, product, and operations teams to improve results Share affiliate feedback to shape funnels, creative, and products Support international expansion through geo launches and market readiness Report & Plan for Growth Build performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews Track revenue, profit, and partner activity against goals Surface growth opportunities and contribute to quarterly planning What Makes You a Fit Proven track record growing affiliate or partnership revenue Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Comfortable with performance data and using it to drive decisions Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Everflow a plus) Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment
