In-House Private Label Clothing Developer

Bird Rock Surf Shop is looking for a motivated, positive, people-oriented team member to help support our private label clothing production and in-house graphic design needs. This is a hands-on role in a core local surf shop that values great energy, creativity, and community. What You'll Do Assist with private label apparel design, development, and production Handle miscellaneous graphic design work (tees, hats, signage, web, print, etc.) Support social media and website updates as needed Provide excellent customer service and help on the retail floor Assist with clerical tasks and light shop cleaning / organization Collaborate with the Bird Rock team on new ideas and brand projects What We're Looking For A motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic Great with people — friendly, approachable, and dependable Must surf or be deeply familiar with surf culture, styles, and brands Comfortable doing a variety of tasks — no job too small Advanced graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva, or similar) Interest or experience in apparel, product development, or branding is a big plus If you live the surf lifestyle, love working with people, and want to help create products you're proud to see in the shop, we'd love to hear from you! •Please send a personalized message telling us why you think you'd be a good fit.
