We are a growing custom cabinet and millwork company, and we need someone reliable, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the day. Job Duties Answer phone calls and take down customer information Respond to basic emails and messages Help schedule appointments and follow-ups Create and send invoices through QuickBooks Help prepare estimates and organize job information Order materials and track deliveries Keep office paperwork organized Follow up with customers, vendors, and suppliers Help keep projects moving by staying on top of communication Ideal Candidate Organized and detail-oriented Good communication skills Comfortable talking to customers on the phone Basic computer skills QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required Construction, cabinet, or trade office experience is a plus Able to follow instructions and stay on task Dependable and professional Schedule Part-time position Flexible schedule available Approximately 15-25 hours per week to start Pay Pay based on experience About Us American Made Custom Millwork specializes in custom cabinets, millwork, countertops, and finish carpentry.
