Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and tech-savvy E-Commerce Customer Service & Website Assistant to support our Temu/other storefront operations. This role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining product listings, and ensuring the overall performance and accuracy of our online store. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and issues through the Temu/other platform in a timely and professional manner Handle order-related concerns including returns, refunds, shipping updates, and product questions Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and help maintain high customer satisfaction ratings Update and maintain product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images Ensure product information is accurate and up to date Assist with uploading new products and optimizing listings Monitor inventory levels and coordinate updates as needed Identify and report any website or listing issues Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
No degree required; prior e-commerce or customer service experience is a plus Strong written communication skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms/marketplaces High attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
