Operations Manager (E-commerce & Warehouse)

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee our e-commerce operations and warehouse functions. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operational performance, improving fulfillment efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting scalable business growth. The Operations Manager will lead warehouse and logistics coordination, supervise staff, establish operational procedures, and work closely with leadership to ensure effective execution across order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily warehouse and e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. Manage and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance management, and implementation of standard operating procedures. Monitor key operational metrics and drive process improvements to enhance productivity, control costs, and support scalable growth. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., logistics providers, vendors) to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in operations, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment with proven team management responsibility. Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment processes, and warehouse operations, with experience using ERP or warehouse systems. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage operations and drive process improvements.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
