This is a hands-on role with variety built in — no two days look exactly the same. If you like staying busy, taking ownership, and working independently, this could be a great fit. What you'll be doing Pick, pack & ship orders — fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, including receiving incoming shipments. Quality control — inspecting products to ensure they meet our standards before going out the door. Equipment maintenance — basic upkeep and repairs (full training provided, no prior experience needed). Customer communications — answering a handful of calls per day and responding to website enquiries in a friendly, professional manner. What we're looking for A self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done without needing constant direction Comfortable working independently and managing your own time throughout the day Reliable, detail-oriented, and happy to wear multiple hats Friendly phone manner and clear written communication for customer enquiries Bonus points if you have Experience with social media management or social media advertising Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or order management tools The details

Hours:

approximately 5-6 hours shifts Start time: Flexible — 10am or 11am works for us

Environment:

Small team, casual and supportive atmosphere Piad time off, after 90 days (5 days per year PTO, 5 paid sick days)

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
