This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who not only understands e-commerce strategy but can execute, build, and scale across multiple marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy across major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and others Build, manage, and optimize our direct-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce platform Own product listings, SEO, pricing, promotions, and performance analytics Recruit, train, and lead a team of e-commerce professionals Manage marketplace compliance, inventory coordination, and channel-specific requirements Analyze sales data and KPIs to drive growth and improve profitability Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to scale the business

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience managing and growing marketplace accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair required) Strong background in e-commerce operations and B2C platforms Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building and scaling e-commerce businesses Experience in home goods, lighting, electrical, or décor is a strong plus
