Position Overview CinemaTech is seeking a full-time Showroom Office Assistant to support daily operations within our Dania Beach showroom. This role reports directly to the Showroom Manager and plays an important part in maintaining the organization, presentation, and efficiency of the showroom and office environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Key Responsibilities Maintain the overall organization and presentation of the showroom Organize and track material and finish samples Coordinate and manage outgoing mailings and sample shipments Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Assist with CRM management and client activity logging Support reporting requests and administrative tasks Assist with Executive Assistant responsibilities for company leadership Order and maintain office and showroom supplies Support the team with additional operational and administrative needs as required What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed Ability to work independently and take initiative Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury client environment Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred Reliable and professional in both presentation and work ethic Core Values At CinemaTech, we look for team members who embody our company values: Service the customer above all else Maintain a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy the work Be independent and self-directed Treat everyone with dedication and respect Get things done Compensation & Benefits $20-$25/ hour Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity for career growth within a growing luxury brand Potential future advancement into full-time role
