Spy Spot is seeking a dependable in-person team member to assist with customer service, e-commerce orders, social media content, and daily store operations at our Deerfield Beach location. This position includes helping customers, answering phone calls, packing and shipping orders, creating social media content, assisting with online product listings, and supporting inventory updates.

Full-time Schedule:
Availability is flexible. This position will start at approximately 15-20 hours per week during the first month. For the summer, hours are expected to increase to approximately 20-30 hours per week depending on performance, reliability, and business needs. Starting in September, this position is expected to move into a fuller schedule of approximately 30-35 hours per week.
Available shifts may include:
Daytime hours, Monday through Friday Thursday/Friday evenings Saturday/Sunday shifts
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and inquiries about GPS tracking devices Assist customers in-store Pack and ship customer orders Create social media posts and product photos Create basic TikTok videos and short-form content Edit simple videos using CapCut or similar apps Support online listings and inventory updates on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and other platforms Assist with packaging and shipping products Help keep the store, inventory, and workspace organized Perform general office and store support tasks
Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable and comfortable working in person Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in store Experience with Canva, Adobe software, TikTok, CapCut, or basic video/photo editing preferred E-commerce experience preferred Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, or TikTok Shop experience is a plus
