Our mission is to the deliver the capital needed for business to succeed. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Submissions Specialist to support our sales team, manage deal submissions, and ensure smooth coordination between merchants, affiliates, and funding partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and manage deals within Zoho CRM. Prepare, submit, and track MCA and loan applications. Generate and send merchant proposals and documentation. Create tasks, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure deal progression. Maintain accurate deal status, lender responses, and funding records. Follow up with partners to request sold contracts. Liaise with vendors to resolve operational issues and escalate as needed. Ensure compliance with data entry standards. Track and manage commissions owed to team members and affiliates. Serve as the point of contact between team members and affiliates. Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative role preferably in MCA Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM softwares and Google.Job Type:
