Our products are sold through major retailers, ecommerce marketplaces, distributors, and emerging digital channels. As our business grows, our creative needs are expanding across retail, ecommerce, Amazon, DTC, social commerce, paid media, sales enablement, packaging, product launches, and internal brand support. We are looking for someone who can help make creative work more organized, more adaptable, and more effective across channels. The Role SynergyLabs is looking for a Creative Content & Workflow Specialist to help support and scale the creative content process across our growing brand portfolio. This role sits between Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Sales, Product, and external creative partners. You will help move creative work from request to production to final delivery; while also helping adapt and organize assets so they can be used across multiple channels. This is not only a content creation role. It is also not only a project coordination role. It is a hybrid role for someone who is creative-minded, organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how content works across retail, ecommerce, social, DTC, paid media, and sales support. Growth & Training Opportunity We are looking for someone with a strong creative foundation who is eager to learn and ready to grow into a well-rounded creative content and production role. Your background may be rooted in graphic design, social media, content coordination, marketing support, ecommerce content, or agency project work. You do not need to have mastered every side of the role already. If you are stronger in design, we can help train you on content production, workflow, and channel adaptation. If you are stronger in social or coordination, we can help train you on creative briefing, asset versioning, and brand execution. What matters most is that you have good creative instincts, strong organization, curiosity, and the drive to help build a better creative system. What You Will Do Help manage creative requests from intake through final delivery. Support the creative roadmap by tracking active, upcoming, and completed projects. Help ensure creative briefs are complete before work begins. Coordinate with internal designers, marketing team members, ecommerce, sales, and external freelancers. Help turn one piece of creative into multiple channel-ready versions. Support content adaptation for Amazon, Walmart.com, Chewy, DTC, TikTok, social, email, paid media, sales sheets, presentations, and retailer needs. Organize final creative files so teams can easily find and reuse approved assets. Help maintain naming conventions, folders, asset trackers, and content libraries. Track creative deliverables, deadlines, feedback, approvals, and version updates. Help coordinate freelance scopes, assignments, timelines, feedback, and final file delivery. Identify when existing assets can be reused, refreshed, resized, or adapted instead of starting from scratch. Partner with Creative and Marketing to make sure assets are used to their full potential. Support product launches by tracking asset needs, channel requirements, and creative dependencies. Flag unclear requests, missing information, duplicate work, or timeline risks early. Assist with content creation or light design/social asset development depending on experience and business needs. What Success Looks Like Creative requests are clearer before they reach the design team. Projects are easier to track and fewer details fall through the cracks. Assets are adapted and reused across more channels. Final files are organized and easier for teams to find. Internal designers and freelancers have clearer direction. Launches have better visibility into required creative assets. Marketing, ecommerce, sales, and creative teams have fewer last-minute fire drills. The business gets more value out of every asset it creates. You grow into someone who can help manage creative workflow, content production, and multi-channel asset planning with increasing independence. What We Are Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented. Creative-minded with a strong eye for what feels polished, useful, and on-brand. Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders. Strong communicator who can clarify vague requests. Curious about how content changes by channel. Comfortable working with designers, freelancers, copywriters, ecommerce teams, sales teams, and marketers. Able to follow process, but also notice where process is missing. Resourceful, proactive, and willing to build structure. Comfortable receiving feedback and improving workflows over time. Practical, calm, and solutions-oriented in a fast-moving environment. Interested in growing beyond one creative lane into a broader content production and creative operations role. Ideal Experience 2-5 years in creative coordination, content production, marketing coordination, graphic design, social content, agency coordination, ecommerce content, brand marketing, or related roles. Experience helping manage creative requests, campaigns, content calendars, project boards, or production timelines. Experience working with designers, freelancers, agencies, copywriters, photographers, videographers, or editors is a plus. Familiarity with creative briefs, asset trackers, project management tools, content calendars, or digital asset libraries. Experience supporting content for ecommerce, social, email, paid media, retail, sales materials, or digital campaigns. Experience with physical products, CPG, beauty, wellness, pet, household, retail, hospitality, fashion, or ecommerce-driven brands is a plus.
Bonus:
experience with Amazon content, PDP imagery, TikTok/social content, Shopify/DTC, paid social, packaging workflows, or retailer assets. This Role Is Not For Someone Who Wants A role that is only graphic design. A role that is only social media posting. A role where every process is already fully built. A role where content is created once and forgotten. A role where they only take requests without asking questions. A role that is fully siloed from other teams. A role with no structure, follow-through, or project ownership. Why Join SynergyLabs This is a high-impact growth role at a company entering a new stage. You will help build the creative content process that allows our brands, products, launches, and channels to scale. You will learn how creative supports retail, ecommerce, marketplaces, DTC, social commerce, sales, product launches, and brand growth — and help make sure creative work is not just created, but used well. This is an opportunity to grow into a broader creative content and production role while helping build the system around you.
