Job Description
Looking for a jack of all trades that likes work with a variety of job functions. Your main responsibilities include content management, graphic design, preparing sales collateral, web site content, SEO optimization, developing eblasts, and social media management. Our ideal candidate is a multi-tasker who enjoys wearing many hats and a job with a wide variety in daily job duties. Person should be self motivated, responsible, and able to manage their own time and projects. Responsibilities Deploy and update product content to web sites Develop email marketing newsletters Social Media Campaign Management Pay per click ad management Organize promotional activities for new products/services Photography Product Video creation and editing Logistics & Shipping Coordination Graphics creation using Adobe and AI tools Inventory Management Logisitics Management Skills Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, graphics, SEO, social media, digital marketing, web site management, content writing, or similar role Experience with office mangement and administration Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns, and working knowledge of google analytics Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of graphics, marketing, and SEO achieved either through education or on the job training. Familiarity with the eCommerce space. Specific experience with Amazon highly desirable Knowledge of EDI programs such as SPS and Ship Station Familiarity with Shopify and other eCommerc site builders Knowledge of inventory management software such as Finale or Fish Bowl Knowledge of quick books Strong excel skills including Pivot Tables Familiarity and exposure to logistics and shipping Attributes Highly organized Multitasker Team Player Hybrid of right and left brain Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work in both a team environment and individually Understanding of business drivers- sales, profits, urgency Desire to work in a small company in fast pace environment Ability to work independently and self manage tasks
